Project Objective
Snake Bark came to us with nothing but a name—and a damn cool one at that. A new venue opening in Sydney’s The Rocks, they wanted a brand that felt distinct, rebellious, and unapologetically different from the polished, chic eateries in the area. Think: cobra energy meets Issan street food meets ‘bite into anarchy’.
They needed a brand that would scream bold flavours and street spirit—something that captured their love of authentic Thai food and their punk rock attitude.

WHAT WE DID
Identity Development
Branding and Logo
Website
Menu and Stationary
T-Shirt Design
Photography
Pre-Opening Campaign
Social Media Management

We kicked off with two visual directions - one old-school American street, one punk rock chaos. Naturally, chaos won.
The final identity was loud, vibrant, and bursting with attitude - channeling the electrifying flavours of Thai street food through a punk-inspired design language. Think bold fonts, gritty textures, in-your-face colours, and a cheeky tone of voice that struts the line between edgy and welcoming.
Once branding was locked in, we rolled it out across everything: website, menus, staff tees, loyalty cards, social content, and more. Snake Bark now walks (or slithers) to the beat of its own drum and isn’t afraid to make some noise.
